The hotel is great - it is in the great location (short walk from everything), there was all we needed in the room, breakfast was excellent (lots of choice, proper coffee, everything was delicious...), free parking is right in front of the hotel etc. We arrived before check-in time, but we got our room right away which we appreciate very much, considering that we were only staying for one night. But all of that was not the best thing about this place. Soon after we arrived, we noticed that there was a problem with our car and turned out for help to the receptionist who then called the manager. Not only they were able to find someone to check our car on Friday evening, but they also did not charge us anything or wanted to accept any money. In the end, we were able to leave early the next morning as we initially planned. We are so grateful for this and we highly recommend everyone to book this hotel. It is a great place to be in any case, and if things do not go according to plan, it is good to be among well-intentioned and resourceful people. Thanks again to all for your help!

What a lovely hotel, big room with sofa. bathroom was clean, big shower - no showergel, but had shampoo. location was great - across the road from main pedestrian street. Staff were very nice and helpful. TV worked. it was close to Jashar Pasha Mosque. breakfast was standard buffet, lots to choose from - but only tomatoes and cucumber for vegans. Good wi-fi. Our loo was broken but was fix later in the day - very quickly.

Excellent hotel, incredible cleanliness, comfortable rooms. I would like to separately thank the young man at the reception: incredibly kind, attentive. Everything was at the highest level. I have never seen a cleaner hotel, even though I have visited many countries. Next time I will only stay here, I recommend it to everyone!

Selected a deluxe double room. It was a very large room with separate seating area and a small balcony. Tastefully furnished, and very clean. Spacious bathroom, also meticulously clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Enough choice for my taste, and good coffee. The location was perfect for our purpose, right in the city center.

Our rooms were ready even though we arrived at 11 a.m. The staff was extremely helpful, organising taxis and giving us directions, etc. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice between hot and cold and sweet and savoury. It was excellent value for money.
